Filipa C Teixeira
Empathetic, insightful, and determined, Filipa comes across with a very special energy and a unique blend of serenity and courage. She holds a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and is certified in Executive Coaching (accredited by ICF). With over 15 years of experience in human resources consulting, she has also worked on the client side, mainly in the hospitality sector. Nonetheless, her true passion lies in consulting, where she can invest her natural passion and interest in people and talent management world. Her extensive professional journey is highlighted by her vast experience in conceiving, implementing, and managing projects related to Culture, Transformation, and Development across various sectors and clients.
Mariana G Pires
Mariana has a unique and contagious energy that leaves no one indifferent. Her creative spirit, desire to do things differently and drive for change are evident in everything she does. When she communicates, she has a remarkable ability to engage people and turn challenges into moments of reflection that lead to behavioural transformation. She graduated in Psychological Sciences with a master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA and is certified in Executive Coaching (accredited by ICF). With over 13 years of experience in human resources consulting, she has a special focus on conceiving, implementing and managing projects related to Culture, Transformation, and Development across various sectors and clients.
